What Is the Cat C 3a Test?
The Category C 3a test is the first part of the practical assessment required to gain your Cat C licence, which qualifies you to drive rigid lorries over 3.5 tonnes. This test focuses on off-road manoeuvring and ensures that you can safely and accurately control a large vehicle in a confined space.
